    THE NEGOTIABLE INSTRUMENTS (AMENDMENT) ACT, NO. 20 OF [2nd August, ] An Act further to amend the Negotiable Instruments Act, BE it enacted by Parliament in the Sixty-ninth Year of the Republic of India as follows:— 1. (1) This Act may be called the Negotiable Instruments (Amendment) Act, (2) It shall come into force on such File Size: 96KB.     Read in The Constitution of the United States of America and Selected Writings of the Founding Fathers. I decided to reread this in honor of Constitution Day today (). This was signed years ago today, though it took 10 months to get officially ratified by nine states, and it would take over two and a half years before the other /5. The book also discusses at some length the Civil Code provisions on Documents of Title and the Warehouse Receipts Law which are included in the study of the subject. A STUDY GUIDE is provided at the end of every Chapter, or Section where the Chapter is divided into Sections.
